Non-productive month

This is a super non productive month for me in terms of blogging. The reason being too busy with studies and enjoying my holiday.

After my 2 weeks of hell like exam period, finally I get a chance to take a break from studies and enjoy my holiday. First is preparing for the 2nd exco meeting. Now I understand why it's not easy to be a president because you need a lot of preparation before the meeting so that you will know what to say and what decision to make in the meeting.

Another thing that I have learned so far is to have more tolerance to everyone in the exco. Sometimes it's just not their day or they are stress or whatever reason it is, but as a president even if you face something really bad you have to tell yourself "come on Ian, treat it as nothing, think for the whole team and the whole society, your own ego is nothing compare to all these". This is one of the best thing I have learned so far in terms of curbing my temper.

After the exco meeting, me and a few friends went to Melbourne for a trip to Great Ocean Road and Mornington Peninsula. The trip was fun but tiring. Initially it was a bit frustrating but along the way everyone started to get well together. Overall I am very happy with the trip. I will post some photos here once I get them from my friends. =)

Next up, Summer Retreat organised by UNIBUDS! Then exco workshop, then flying back to Penang!!!
